Chef Giulia starts the session with a live demonstration on how to make authentic fresh pasta from scratch — from kneading and rolling to shaping.She then shows how to create a homemade Italian sauce, sharing professional tips and secrets to enhance the flavor of every dish.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of Italian cooking before putting their new skills to the test in a friendly culinary competition!

🏆 The Competition: Which Team Makes the Best Pasta?

Once divided into teams, the participants start cooking!Each group works together to create its own pasta dish, showcasing creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.

At the end, every team presents their dish to a jury (made up of the Chef and ADM Design staff), who will evaluate taste, presentation, and team spirit.
