Recently, we had the pleasure of organizing a corporate Team Building in Luxembourg for the team at Goldman Sachs. The goal? Strengthen collaboration, have fun — and master the art of Risotto ai Funghi!

Participants were divided into small teams and challenged to create the perfect mushroom risotto. With guidance from our expert chef, each group had to:

• Coordinate roles and responsibilities

• Follow a gourmet-level recipe

• Plate and present their dish for judging

The atmosphere was filled with laughter, strategy, and the irresistible scent of Parmigiano and porcini mushrooms.
