Hello everyone,
I’m Giulia Caria, Executive Chef, Chef Consultant, and Content Creator, a culinary consultant who helps companies in the restaurant industry develop their concepts, select their menus, and explore new trends.
Since I was a child, I’ve always watched the women in my family cook with love and precision, and that’s where my passion was born. Over time, without even realizing it, this passion became my profession.
My journey began in Sardinia, my homeland, where I first ventured into the restaurant world and professional cooking—a world both similar to, yet so different from, home cooking.
After these initial experiences, I decided to move to the capital, Rome—beautiful and immense—but I felt the need for a different experience, both professionally and personally, and so I chose to move abroad.
I decided to relocate to Luxembourg, a multicultural European capital where my cooking was enriched by all the people from around the world I encountered in my professional journey. The discipline and techniques of French cuisine have greatly enhanced my culinary skills.
The world of cooking has also brought me great satisfaction in the realm of competitions. I participated in the Italian Cooking Championships in Rimini, where I won a bronze and a silver medal, and also in the International Finger Food Championships, where my team and I earned another silver.
As for my cooking style, I can say that it has been essential for me to engage with so many culinary cultures, but also with various levels of cuisine—from homey trattorias to gourmet restaurants to Syrian kebab shops. Every place and every person has added their own flavor to my cooking, and to this day, I continue to collect the countless ingredients the world has to offer.
Today, I collaborate with Italy Ambassador, MixerPlanet, and Gronda. In addition to creating content for them and for my own Instagram channel, where I produce gourmet recipes, I also founded Idda in Cucina, a channel where the food content is more home-style but with a modern twist.
For some time now, I’ve specialized in Private Chef services, catering, and consulting.
